Originally bought these as they were on sale and the same price as regular joycons, thinking they'd just be a slight upgrade. After using them for a month I'm sold on these for life. I will be buying another pair for my 2nd switch.
All buttons feel fantastic, the joycons are responsive and so far no drift even after I accidentally left my switch pushing in one direction for hours.
Wireless works amazingly, the grips are easy to hold and hang on to, and having NFC support is a huge bonus.
I mainly play games such as Smash Ultimate, Animal Crossing, Pokemon Arceus/SV, and Metroidvanias. These controllers tackle them all with ease, those back paddles are extra helpful.
Controllers do come with additional plate and the traditional d-pad if the octagon is not your style.
