The best controller for switch

The docking station isn't functioning properly, but the gamepad is working perfectly. I've tried different troubleshooting steps, such as checking the connections and restarting the devices, but the docking station still doesn't seem to respond. It would be great to have this issue resolved so I can use the full functionality of my setup.

Every time I try to use I need to disconnect power cable and connect again, if not, not appear image. With the same cables and original dock, works fine.
