Returning an Order:
Requirements:
- The item must have been purchased from the Mobapad Official Store (mobapad.com) (Order starting with #mobapad).

- All returns and replacements are at your own shipping cost. Please print out the confirmation email page of your order and include it with the return package.
Refund Process:
- It will take approximately 5-7 days from the date we receive your returning item to process your refund.
- Items damaged due to mishandling are not eligible for a refund.
Canceling an Order:
Requirements:
- The order must have been placed through the Mobapad Official Store (mobapad.com) (Order starting with #mobapad).
- Your items have not yet been shipped.
- You can cancel your order by either logging into your account and canceling it yourself or by sending an email to mobapad@mopaigame.com to request cancellation.
- We will assist you in canceling the order within 24 hours. Refunds for canceled orders are typically processed within two weeks.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, we're happy to assist you with the return process.
