Waiting for more exclusive sets from Mobapad for my switch 2

It came in a nice package and aside from looking great when charging, I can wake my Switch 2. It feels precise and sturdy. It was a great decision to buy it.

Feature and price wise this controller is hands down my favorite. I sold my switch 2 pro controller after trying this. I now have 3 of them. I use them for my switch 2 and for PC gaming. The glide tmr sticks are amazing and the clicky buttons on the Chitu 2 HD and the silent cushy buttons on the silent version are fantastic. Love the wake feature and they just look and feel great. Recommend to everyone who asks me about them. Love this product. More colorways would be amazing.

With minor initial issues promptly solved by Mobapad customer support and through quick firmware updates, the M12HD ended up, as expected, being my go-to when looking for the best ergonomics, build quality, precise sticks, and buttons. As with the M6HD, the mechanical switches are a delight to use. The sticks are unbeatable, on par with Chitu 2 and, for me, even better than those in the Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller (which are great).

Combined with the charging grip, I found myself using them as a gamepad even more than my Chitu 2.

If you are looking for the best joycons for your Switch 2, don't hesitate. They are my favourite Switch 2 accessory so far.

First, I've been a diehard Mobapad fan since the release of the M6 HD, which I think are absolutely perfect. I saw the video from Rerez on YouTube and the second I realized all the buttons, and especially the Dpad, use microswitches, I instantly ordered and never used another pair of joycon since.

On to the M12 HD. They are pretty great, but I really think it was a mistake to not make a model that has the best from the M12 HD and the M12 S model.
The HD do not charge in sleep mode, and though there is a work around, and they're adding the charging grip, it is still disappointing.
They also only have 6 axis gyro, instead of 9 axis like first party joycon or even the M12 S model. It's still pretty good, but obviously not as accurate as 9 axis gyro.
These are my only major gripes.

Having said that, I still really like what they got right. The excellent microswitches are back (seriously, I play a lot of shmups and a ton of Virtua Figther--the Dpad is fantastic) and feel great.
The new TMR glide sticks are a great new edition, and feel great.
I don't usually care about rumble when playing in portable mode, but the HD rumble is so much better than standard rumble that the S model and their major competitor uses in their joycons.

Overall i'm very happy with whats great, but disappointed with the couple of negatives. I hope Mobapad releases a newer, more complete model that addresses the issues in the future. Until then i will happily use the M12 HD for 99% of my Switch2 portable playtime (they obviously don't have mouse function, so I'll have to use the first party joycons for those few games)..
They're not perfect like the M6 HD, but still great. I'm happy with my purchase.

Overall, I'm satisfied. The vibration is decent, though not quite as good as on the Joy-Cons, and they work well in wireless mode. The analog sticks have a wide range of motion, which is a big plus. The comfort of use is in a league of its own compared to the original Joy-Cons—it’s just great. On the downside—I had to update the Mobapad firmware via my phone for them to start working properly; waking them up with the home button works but with a slight delay, which is tolerable. And it’s worth noting that you need to enable USB Pro Controller support on the console; unfortunately, the Mobapads work this way, so they won’t function like traditional Joy-Cons. The console will always recognize them as externally connected controllers rather than standard Joy-Cons. Is this a big problem? No, it doesn’t really affect anything.

So I got to use Mobapad M12 Switch 2 Joy-cons for a month and I can honestly say....Im impressed. The quality of the product surpasses Nintendo's joy-cons by miles ahead. Im so happy with them and they're so comfortable. It will be hard, almost impossible to go back. Thank you mobapad for creating such masterpiece.

I bought this because of retro games corp video. The controller makes the switch 2 feel premium when holding it. I thought I was loosing my mind. Disconnected it reconnected and it felt even more premium the second time. I will be buying a second one for my son because wow. This thing is what Nintendo should be offering to their base. I told my friends about it and they got theirs instantly called me and said this is the bomb. Wooooooooooow.

I never played handheld much, as my hands are size large. I got cramps and pains during long gaming sessions. Plus the ergonomics of the Nintendo joy-cons are just uncomfortable. So I got a third-party grip that uses the OE joy-cons and everything was fine. However, then the OE joy-cons started to drift. After research, I got the M6-HDs, and that changed everything. They feel quality. They work great. And they are comfortable. I now can play very long sessions that before were impossible. I have a Switch 2 also, but the Switch 1 with my Mobapad joy-cons are so great, that I am keeping the Switch 1 for relaxed playing of side-scrollers and platformers. I will also like get Mobapad joy-cons for the Switch 2 in the near future.

Last week I thought to sell my base joycons because I have now the mobapad for my nsw2 but I keep it for backup, I’m in love with this controllers, they’re pwrfect
