These terms explain how the Mobapad Rewards loyalty program works, including how Mobapad points are earned, redeemed, and maintained. Please review them before participating.

Membership
Mobapad Rewards is free to join. There is one membership type: Mobapad Rewards Member. Create a Mobapad account to join and begin participating in the program.

A maximum of 30 Points may be earned from Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok follows.
The Complete Profile reward applies to adding both a First Name and Last Name. Birthday information is separate and is not required for the +20 Point Complete Profile reward.
Eligible Purchases
Eligible purchases earn 1 Point for every $1 of eligible spend. Purchase points are calculated from the final eligible merchandise amount after applicable discounts and redeemed rewards.
Purchase points are not awarded on:
- Shipping
- Tax
- Gift Card
- Insurance
- Service Fee
- Free Gift
- Free Reward Product
- Cancelled Amount
- Refunded Amount
New points earned from a purchase are for future use. Their future reward value is not added to the discount on the order that generated those points.

No Minimum Spend
Maximum ONE Reward per Order
Create Account earns +100 Points. Signup Points are available immediately and may be redeemed for a $5 Reward on the customer's first eligible order, including within the same shopping session.
Redeemed cash rewards do not currently have a separate expiration period configured.

Point Expiration
Mobapad Rewards points expire after 365 days of inactivity.
Earning points or redeeming a reward resets the 365-day inactivity period for the remaining points balance. Logging in by itself does not reset the inactivity period.
Points are maintained as a remaining balance under this rolling inactivity model; they are not described as separate batches with independent expiration dates.
Product Rewards
Product rewards may be available based on current catalog availability, inventory, and eligible variants. Product Rewards are not always available and are not permanently guaranteed.

Promotions and Offers
Promotion eligibility and combination rules are governed by the terms of each individual offer. No universal combination of a Reward with another promotion or offer is guaranteed.

Refunds and Cancellations
Cancelled eligible amounts do not earn points. When an eligible amount is refunded, the corresponding purchase points earned from that amount are removed.
For a full refund, the corresponding purchase points are reversed. For a partial refund, points are adjusted according to the refunded eligible amount. No additional point penalty is applied under these rules.
Reviews
Eligible verified reviews earn +50 Points. Rewards are not conditioned on giving a positive rating.
Birthday Rewards
The Birthday Reward is +50 Points per year. Birthday information and the Birthday Reward are separate from the +20 Point Complete Profile reward for First Name and Last Name.

How do I join?
Create a Mobapad account through the account registration page. Creating an account earns +100 Points.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points through confirmed account activities, an eligible verified review, the annual Birthday Reward, social follows, and eligible purchases as listed above.
How many points do I earn from purchases?
You earn 1 Point for every $1 of final eligible merchandise spend after applicable discounts and redeemed rewards.
What purchases do not earn points?
Shipping, tax, gift cards, insurance, service fees, free gifts, free reward products, cancelled amounts, and refunded amounts do not earn purchase points.
How do I redeem points?
Sign in to your account and choose an available Reward: 100 Points for $5 OFF, 200 Points for $10 OFF, or 300 Points for $15 OFF.
Is there a minimum spend for $5, $10, or $15 Rewards?
No. These cash Rewards have no minimum spend.
How many Rewards can I use per order?
A maximum of ONE Reward may be used per order.
Can signup points be used on the first eligible order?
Yes. Signup Points are available immediately. The +100 Points earned for creating an account may be redeemed for a $5 Reward on your first eligible order.
Can signup points be redeemed in the same shopping session?
Yes. Signup Points may be redeemed on the customer's first eligible order, including within the same shopping session.
How long are points valid?
Mobapad Rewards points expire after 365 days of inactivity.
What resets the 365-day inactivity period?
Earning points or redeeming a reward resets the 365-day inactivity period for the remaining points balance. Login alone does not reset it.
Do redeemed cash rewards currently have a separate expiration?
No. Redeemed cash rewards do not currently have a separate expiration period configured.
What happens to points after a refund or cancellation?
Cancelled eligible amounts do not earn points. A full refund reverses the corresponding purchase points, while a partial refund adjusts points according to the refunded eligible amount.
Do I need to leave a positive review to earn review points?
No. An eligible verified review earns +50 Points, and the reward is not conditioned on giving a positive rating.
How does the Birthday Reward work?
The Birthday Reward provides +50 Points per year. It is separate from the Complete Profile reward.
Are Product Rewards always available?
